Project Description
Site design and permitting of a 2.07-acre parcel for new construction of a 19,800 sq. ft. Aldi Food Market building and 1.1 acres of new pavement surface area. Site design consisted of site layout for the building and pavement, grading and drainage, utility services to master infrastructure, landscape and irrigation, coordination with franchise utilities and permitting through the city of Wildwood.
