Project Description
New construction for a 157,000 sq. ft. Lowe’s store consisting of 6.7 acres of pavement surface for 425 parking spaces. Site design included erosion and sediment control, geometric layout, various utilities, grading and drainage, landscape and irrigation, coordination with Landowner, franchise utilities and Architect and permitting through the City of Wildwood and various other agencies. Services also included construction administration throughout construction and final closeout of all entitlements.
