New construction for a 157,000 square foot Lowe’s store consisting of approximately 7.05 acres of pavement surface for 490 parking spaces. Site design included erosion and sediment control, geometric layout, various utilities, grading and drainage, landscape and irrigation. Construction administration and inspection through final closeout of entitlements provided.
