President / Principal Engineer

Mr. Strcula has more than 30 years of Civil Engineering and Surveying experience. He has served as Engineer of Record for numerous large scale commercial developments and public works projects which have included master planning, site designs, permitting and site work inspection. He has designed numerous sites with roadway infrastructure facilities including stormwater treatment systems, roadway enhancements, ADA compliant pedestrian walkways and various utility and drainage facilities and relocations. He has also developed erosion and sediment control drawings and specifications for compliance with NPDES requirements. The corporate structure at Upham, Inc. allows Mr. Strcula to be hands on with each project and meet our client’s needs.
