Project Description
Combination of two parcels for multi-tenant and retail shops to include Panera Bread, Petco, Mattress Firm, Chipotle and Aspen Dental. Site design included a master stormwater management system and compensatory flood management pond with potable and wastewater utility plan. Extensive analysis performed for wetland mitigation and conservation easement management for impacted wetland areas along with endangered and protected species.
