Project Description
Site design and permitting of a 3.22-acre site for new construction of a 4,500 sq. ft. WaWa store with 16 fuel pumps. The land parcel contained jurisdictional wetlands and flood plain. Site design consisted of the layout for building and pavement, fuel dispensing route for delivery trucks, stormwater pond with underdrains, pavement grading and drainage, various utilities, landscape and irrigation. Permitting through COJ, JEA, SJRWMD and FDOT.
