Upham, Inc. is proudly celebrating its 50th year as a Professional Engineering and Surveying Firm. Over the years, the firm has been responsible for the surveying, civil engineering, land planning, design and construction supervision for hundreds of site and infrastructure projects throughout the state of Florida.

Although a smaller company, the firm specializes in specific Civil Engineering and Surveying disciplines to provide individual attention, sound engineering and professional surveying services for each project. Our team is constructed of competent professionals and technical in-house staff able to perform and complete all necessary requests for services expeditiously.

The staff of Upham, Inc. have the knowledge and experience that is valuable in surveying and the design of site facilities. The firm has designed numerous site and infrastructure facilities that included unusual site conditions and constraints, various types of stormwater treatment facilities under strict water quality regulations, utility conflicts and complex permitting requirements. The firm has been active with master planning many new commercial and residential developments, conducting public presentations, permitting through local and jurisdictional agencies and entitlement of properties.
