Project Description
Site design of an underdeveloped parcel for a 90,200 sq. ft personal storage facility. Site design included erosion and sediment control, geometric layout, various utilities, grading and drainage, stormwater treatment within an OFW basin, wetlands protection and landscape and irrigation. Development was approved by the City of Port Orange in May 2018 and construction is currently under way.
