Project Description
New construction for a 44,000 sq. ft. Senior Living and Memory Care facility consisting of outdoor courtyards and covered porches. The building is comprised of 59 living units and 52,000 sq. ft of pavement surface. Services also included construction administration throughout construction and final closeout of all entitlements.
