Project Description
Carve-out of approximately 2.06 acres of excess underutilized parking area from the Target property for redevelopment into 10,250 sq. ft for multi-tenant retail use. Site design included erosion and sediment control, geometric layout, various utilities, grading and drainage, landscape and irrigation, coordination with Lowe’s and franchise utilities.
