Project Description
Expansion of the existing multi-tenant Shoppes on Granada plaza for an additional 36,850 sq. ft of retail and office area. Performed ALTA boundary and topographic survey design to expand the master stormwater management system, median modification and turn lane. Development was approved by the City of Ormond Beach in June 2018 and construction is currently under way.
